Classes

Are you after a positive, supportive and exciting community to achieve your fitness goals? Look no further! Our 60 min classes are open to everyone, beginner to expert and anyone in between. The classes are deliberately challenging but we motivate everyone to work at their own pace and within their abilities.

The LAB. Calisthenics

Movement - Strength - Coordination

  • The LAB. Calisthenics is a technical class where you will learn perfect form on exercises like pull-ups, push ups, handstand, muscle ups and more.

  • Through the use of your bodyweight & development of your strength, flexibility and balance, you will gain greater body control & core strength.


The LAB. DB Repeats

Strength - Mobility - Conditioning

  • The LAB. DB Repeats is a dumbbell, calorie-burning, and conditioning class, great for general fitness, fat loss, or lean muscle building.

  • We’ll coach you on how to perform dynamic hinge, lunge, squats, and push movements.


The LAB. Full Force

Power - Athleticism - Endurance

  • The LAB. Full Force is a high-intensity, full-body workout that uses barbells, assault bikes, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises.

  • Workouts rotate each week and focus on increasing strength, aerobic capacity, power output, and on developing an athletic body.


The LAB. Boxing

Control - Knowledge - Confidence

  • The LAB. Boxing will coach you on the fundamentals of boxing, whilst challenging your physical and mental strength.

  • In this class, you’ll learn to bob, weave, jab, and throw punches. It’s a fun session and an incredible stress reliever.


The LAB. Grit & Blitz

Endurance - Stability - Strength

  • The LAB. Grit & Blitz is an outdoor cardiovascular fitness class based on long, medium, short and hill runs that includes bodyweight and dumbbell exercises.

  • In this class, your cardio, muscle strength, and endurance will be tested but the result is worth it.

Motion - Flexibility - Revitalisation

  • The LAB. Mobilité unlock your body's full potential with focused exercises targeting flexibility and joint mobility, to optimise movement capacity and joint resilience.

  • With tailored exercises and expert coaching, improve posture, flexibility, and overall mobility for peak performance and injury prevention.
