Personal Training

Working with our PTs, you can expect tailored programmes to meet your individual fitness goals. We will provide you with motivation, guidance and accountability all the step of the way. Having your best interest in mind, our mission is to teach you how to perform exercises with correct form and technique to enable you to build solid training foundation to promote exercise adherence and sustain long term results.

Personal Training (small group)

Add camaraderie, support and accountability to your workouts by exercising with friends or family. The same principles will be applied to our Group Personal Training sessions but to keep a high quality and ensure everyone is supervised we won’t take any group of more than four.
