  • The LAB. StrongHer

    This class gives girls aged 13 to 17 a fun, safe and empowering environment to work out in. Every Tuesday 4pm to 5.30pm, our coaches will encourage you to work out, laugh, and develop healthy habits.

    Within weeks you’ll have the opportunity to increase your strength, self-esteem, and positive body image.

  • The LAB. StrongYouth

    Join us every Thursday from 5pm to 6pm at Brixton Street Gym. Supervised by our trainers, you will have a chance to use the gym at your leisure and received personalised advice and guidance from the coaches.

The LAB. Thrive & Achieve

The LAB.Thrive & Achieve is an 8-week fitness-based educational programme designed to equip young people aged 16-24 with a practical understanding of personal resilience principles and tools to help them thrive in all aspects of life. Through engaging workshops and dynamic fitness modalities such as boxing and calisthenics, we use these activities as powerful analogies to illustrate resilience-building concepts.
