Membership Rules
High Achievers Lab maintains and enforces Membership Rules to make sure that taking part in our session is as safe and enjoyable an experience as we can make it for all of our Members.
We may amend these rules from time to time. We're sorry for being direct, but we reserve the right to terminate your Membership immediately if you do not abide by these Membership Rules. We hope that you understand.
High Achievers sessions and services are provided to you in Venues owned and operated by third party Partners such as Brixton Street Gym. Please respect any rules provided by our Partners. The Lab reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate your Membership if a Partner makes us aware of any conduct which breaches their Venues rules or is otherwise disrespectful to Partner’s staff.
Abusive, threatening conduct, offensive language and/or behaviour is not tolerated by us or our Partners. We and our Partners shall be entitled (at our sole discretion) to reasonably refuse entrance to Venues or terminate Membership in the event a Member’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable or endangers the safety or well being of any individual.
The Lab instructors and staff at our Partner Venues are not medically trained and are not qualified to assess whether you are fit and well enough to take part in our sessions or events. Please contact your GP if you are in any doubt before starting a session. Also if you feel unwell before or during a session, please let the instructor know as soon as possible.
You will not participate in our sessions or events if you know your health could have an adverse impact on other Members’ health and will not attend sessions if you are aware you have a contagious illness or where there is a risk to the health and safety of other Members, our instructors or Partners’ staff.
Members are respectfully requested to arrive for sessions and events 10 minutes early. An instructor may refuse entry if the session has already started.
You will use the gym facilities and equipment in a proper manner and not in a way that might cause harm to yourself or others (just ask us if you are unsure).
You will not behave in an aggressive, abusive, intimidating, anti-social or threatening manner or in a way that might cause distress to staff or Members.
You will not discriminate, harass, or engage in unwanted physical or verbal contact with another member or member of staff.
You will not attend a session whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tranquillisers or make use of any other medical substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely. We reserve the right to remove you from the premises if it reasonably believes you are unfit to take part in a session.
A breach of this section shall entitle us to terminate your Membership.
