The LAB. StrongYouth IS specifically designed for any young person aged 13 to 17 who seek a welcoming space to engage in fitness activities. It caters to those who would benefit from supervised or structured workout sessions, allowing them to use the gym facilities at their leisure under the guidance of qualified Personal Trainers. It is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, providing a flexible fitness experience that accommodates beginners and experienced participants alike.
What is The LAB. StrongYouth?
It is a free fitness programme that offers a flexible and welcoming environment for participants to use the gym facilities at their leisure. Qualified Personal Trainers supervise the programme, providing expert advice and guidance to enhance the participants' workout experience. Taking place from 5 pm to 6 pm, the programme aims to support the health, well-being and resilience building of young people, offering a safe and empowering space for them to engage in fitness activities at no cost.
Is it free?
Yes, it is completely free of charge to all participants. The class' funding is made possible through the paid subscription from our supportive paying members. Our commitment to accessibility ensures that all young people have the opportunity to benefit from the positive and transformative impact of this class, regardless of financial constraints.
